Accidentally bought the sleeved model. Don't buy that one. This one is much better and works good but I'm not really seeing any advantage of plastic over the metal that comes on the drums. Seems that if manufacturers thought these were better they would come with them already.

1. False advertising - this bag is nowhere near 1 pound of washers.2. These are DRAMATICALLY thinner than the standard nylon washers and are at least HALF the correct thickness. Since they are so thin, don't expect even a bag of 100 of these to get you very far. (I had to double-up or quadruple-up on each lug.)3. Unfortunately, although I immediately reached out to the seller, I got ZERO response. VERY disappointing.4. Due to an urgent need on my end, I TRIED to use these to give them a chance, yet they get squashed and rip apart when you tighten them up (again, due to the cheap, extreme thinness).Big hassle to remove them from each lug that I tried it on just to ship it back.Sad that Ross puts out something this misleading and poor quality.*UPDATE* After posting this review (and attempting to contact Ross), it appears that they have "corrected" the product description so that it no longer claimed to be "1 pound." Good, right? It means that they read my attempt to get resolution from them............... but then STILL never actually attempted to reach me to make things right.Again, such a disappointing Ross. Poor product; but much WORSE customer disrespect. (And all that to make 20 bucks)

Este tipo de rondanas permiten que el tornillo presione en ángulo correcto cuando el aro es sencillo y tiende a inclinar el tornillo. Al ser de nylon toman la forma del aro y permiten que el tornillo continúe vertical. Esto evita problemas al afinar o que las rondanas de acero raspen el aro

They were a good upgrade from old rusty washers, and worked for a while with a low snare tuning.When the snare head was cranked up high all the washers split. So they work well otherwise
