Aluminum Oxide Discs are the good choice for metal grinding or polishing, and wood sanding. This wedge-shaped grain is tough (fracture-resistant) and well-suited to most substrates. They're a good first choice when working with metal or heavy wood paint removal.

Haven't used my batch yet. But these were highly recommended by my co worker. I have used his. But use lightly. Will shred apart anything soft.we use these to repair flat tires.

These little sanding discs were just what we were looking for. They work great. We are stripping a couple of old metal chairs & these discs ripped the paint right off to the bare metal. Would buy again & highly recommend. Great value for the money.

Performance was acceptable for price. Disc seemed to wear much faster than name brands and if disc gets lodged it will quickly separate from backing. Backing will deform if used at to great an angle.

Being perfectly honest I though these would just be a cheap quality item but I can now say that this product actually surprised me how good it is. The discs are well made and after using one to prepare some rust removal the disc is still in good usable condition and no need to throw away. I highly recommend them if you need something like this.

I've been very impressed with these. I've been using a 60 grit disc on an M12 angled die grinder to sharpen some large commercial mower blades which were in very bad shape. I've done 5 blades with a single disc and they required a lot of grinding to restore and then re-balance them - The disc is only just starting to wear around the edge but is still going strong. I'd expected them to get torn up at this price but I've been very impressed with them.
