I got one of these shaker bottles when I bought Oats Overnight, which were hit and miss. I liked some flavors, others not so much. But, I did realize I much prefer overnight oats in a shake formula rather than spoon consistency, and this bottle is great. It's high quality and sturdy, and the lid shuts very securely. I have 4 of them now and always have a shake at the ready, sometime even eating one for a light dinner now that it's hot. There is also room for making a bigger serving size if someone were to want that. I do still buy a few flavors from Oats Overnight, but make my own as well and have to say, this bottle is perfect. The only reason I took off a star is for value. $12 is high for 1 bottle.
