On a whim, i ordered this because it was on sale and i didn't like my old one. Just had to use it on someone's car. Gave me the code and actually gave description of the code ( no googling needed). Was also able to clear the code as well. Pretty happy for the price

I'm a low-tech guy, so ease of use is important. While the instructions weren't that helpful, becoming familiar with the device and its operation was relatively easy.I particularly like the "green light" indicator, which reports no trouble codes found. Considering its modest cost, I consider this device a bargain.BTW, its trouble reporting should provide some insurance against unnecessary repairs recommended by unscrupulous repair shops.

plug and play. easy to learn and to use. was able to clear annoying check engine light that was for a slight issue not needing repair

Looks nice. Seems to function as advertised. As with all these devices documentation is poorly written and not clear.

Bought it for my husband , he loves it. Said it shows exact codes, explains in detail what's wrong. You can clear codes! Definitely worth it. And it's small enough to fit in side of door.

Does what it is intended to do. Easy to use. Great price. I scanned and cleared my code in under a minute. It has more features than I'll ever use, but it is very handy to have around when diagnosing check engine lights and other issues.

I like the simplicity and size of this OBD reader. It connects easily to nearly any vehicle. The accuracy is uncertain as the codes display the order of potential problems - example a loose gas cap will trigger a check engine light but it’s not sure if it’s a oxygen sensor or a loose gas cap. Too general on the code read out. I do like that it does not require batteries or an App to operate. The display is a bit archaic. I wish it would have come with a carrying case. I may have to reevaluate after further use.
