These wheels are awesome and work wonderfully on tiled floors. We got these to replace the traditional plastic caster wheels on an office chair for my mom, who is disabled. These wheels make is easy for her to effortlessly move around. The old plastic caster wheels would get stuck easily and did not move over the tile floors easily.

These casters work well with carpet. They are just a teensy bit higher than my stock wheels which is a nice change for this chair. They roll supremely smooth. I have these on medium pile household carpet and they change direction effortlessly in stark contrast to rollerblade type wheels. Don't get rollerblade wheels on carpet. I may never buy different style chair wheel again. I'm truly impressed. I put these on a secret lab XL. They really look quite good on the chair base! It's a perfect pairing.

These casters are fantastic. They were simple to replace - firmly pull out ones the old and push in the new ones. The ease and smoothness of the glide of these casters is incredible. I have Fibromyalgia with severe body pain and there is no resistance while moving the chair and so there's no increased body pain for me as well. So important for me!

Definitely a great upgrade from the stock wheels. My chair moves smoothly across the floor. The only issue I had is that these wheels make a sticky peeling sound when you initially start to roll over the floor. I think it is because there is more surface contact than the double wheel designs.

I barely get any noise out of these. They fit perfectly and helped drop my chair down a bit. They function as intended and haven't got stuck trying to move the chair around. Install was easy, just pull out old and push in new. The quality seems great even after months of using They still roll like new. Be careful not to rest toes on wheels and move chair.....lesson well learned.

Really like these wheels. I've had a couple other brands/types and these ones roll very smoothly. You can push the chair easily with just a light touch which is nice. These wheels don't hang up and stick like some other ones I had before. Did have a little trouble getting one of the wheels in but no biggie. Also, the 3" wheels just make my chair a tad bit too high so these 2" ones are perfect for me.

When I first put them on it was amazing, I could roll any direction perfectly and smoothly. However, due to the material of the wheels, if you are sitting for more than an hour in one place and need to move the chair, the softer material creates flat spots on the wheels making rolling very hard and bumpy. I may be going back to my chairs default wheels. Very sad and disappointing..
