I have a lot of BDE. I also have a Kasorix big and tall gaming chair (I'm a big dude). Because my chair is large and roomy, my wife likes to join me in my chair. Without getting into the details, sooner than later, I had to replace the casters. (I'll leave you to do the math to how we got here). *wink, wink*So when I sought to get decent casters for my chair, I came upon these bad boys. I love the clear & black design. However, it was the fact that these had much greater weight support (2000 lbs) and the dual rubber wheel design (better for a smoother rolling experience) that sold me. Besides, my BDE is not going away. I need all the smooth I can get.Did I mention how QUIET these things are? They roll SILENTLY. One might say TOO quietly. It's black magic how quiet these things are! It's probably because of the rubber wheels. Lazy Ninjas could use these in their office chairs to go on assassination missions! I'm not even kidding!Did I mention how SMOOTH these things are? Rolling in my chair feels like gliding on butter (or sailing on a whisp of air). I can glide across my living room and poke my wife on her shoulder without her even hearing me coming. The rubber wheels are SUPER sturdy and feel dense, solid, weighty and well-made. They do not scuff my hard ceramic floor. This was a great purchase. These wheels glide so much better than the original wheels that came from the factory. They don't lock up and they swivel perfectly. They even transition pretty well from a hardwood floor to carpet. Definitely worth the purchase.

These wheels are so much quieter and smoother rolling than the old plastic wheels. These wheels must have ball bearings in them which is why they roll so easily. They are quiet on hardwood bamboo floors and don't seem to scratch the finish on my hardwood floors like the plastic rollers unfortunately did. I think some of it had to do with them picking up dirt and grinding it into the floor, thus ruining the finish. These wheels might pick up a little bit of dirt but not nearly as much as the plastic wheels. These seem like decent quality for the price.

I gave these a try because of the excellent price, and I suppose they will be just fine for most chairs. I have a wood floor. I found the the front and back motion was good, but any side to side took a bit of effort for the casters to spin. These are made of plastic or nylon, and I could not see any ball bearings. So I cleaned up my skate wheel casters, greased the bearings, and reinstalled. I'll keep these because it was a bit of an experiment and maybe need them on carpet at the old folks home.

Best wheels on the market. Solid and smooth, though the stem seems to be slightly larger than normal. I redrilled the holes to fit.

I put these on an older Herman Miller Mira 1 chair, excellent fit and keeps the height profile the same. Able to glide around without marking up the floors. Rolls over my low pile rug just fine.

These wheels are great. old wheels scratched my new flooring. These are so smooth. I was afraid the old chair wheels won't come off, but they came off with a pull easily. Then just press these new ones in. It's really that simply, probably the simplest upgrade item on amazon I;ve gotten. 110% recommend. The versions with 2 wheels are also good and much cheaper. I have the two wheels on one chair and the 4 wheels on the other.

I was a bit skeptical about these since I am a heavy dude, but they work so well, I can’t imagine a world without these. They roll with very little difficulty, and that’s a huge part for me cause with all my weigh on them, it can get real tough, I know the standard plastic wheels couldn’t roll as easily. Plus, the tranquility and peace of mind knowing that I’m not scratching my floor with every single push, is a godsend. Great product. Would recommend and will probably buy more for my other chairs.
