If you've never had rollerblade/skate wheels on your office chair then you don't know what your missing out on. This is my first ever set, (fit perfectly on an AKRacing gaming chair btw) and its a whole new experience. You dont even realize how bad those flat plastic wheels roll until you get some of these. The chair glides effortlessly now, maybe to effortlessly, will take getting use to! The look sturdy and well build, see no issue with longevity out of these. Easy to put in. Silent as well. They go over any sort of bump WAY better.

These were amazing! Super easy to install and they glide so smoothly it was like I was floating. Super quiet, no noise at all. I may or may not have indulged in some chair racing.

I had just purchased a used Herman Miller Aeron from a friend, and the only problem with the chair was worn out wheels. I did a bunch of research on them and found that roller blade wheels were the hot thing. They were quiet, they looked good, and weren't expensive! The only complaint I found was about solo wheels and have not been able to find anyone upset with the doubles sold here. 100% buy these if you are thinking about it, as they make such a huge difference for a not a lot of moola!

Sturdy, easy to install, quiet, and protects floors. The double wheels are meant for heavier loads. You never know who is gonna try to sit in your office chair!

Finally rollers that really do "glide"! I swapped out the old ones in my office chair (the 3rd or 4th set) and installed these trying to find ones that are smooth and quiet. These are silent, smooth, and comfortable.

These are the best chair wheels I've tried so far, and I doubt I can find anything better. Very smooth rolling, large diameter (3"). I tried various smaller ones (2") that were only $2 cheaper (for the set of 5 as well) and there is no comparison. I've just ordered 4 more sets to replace the factory wheels on the remaining chairs in my house.

Chair tried on: Razer EnkiContrary to other reviews, the install was easy and effortless.The right height increased somewhat.The wheels 'hesitate' to move in some directions, so it takes a deliberate effort to move in a particular direction at times (similar to the 1-wheel casters). Once the chair was moving rolling over obstacles (up to 1/2 inch height) was possible and relatively smooth (as much as it can be). For comparison, while being smaller, Lifelong 2" casters are much smoother with small movements (but they cannot handle the cables/obstacles).Overall, I would definitely recommend these if you are dealing with uneven floor surface or obstacles

After breaking a caster wheel on my Serta heavy duty office chair, I decided to replace the wheels instead of buying a new chair. The double 3" diameter wheels/tires roll over uneven flooring and carpeting much better than the standard 2" wheels. Although it's hard to tell from the images and description, a hard rubber tire is mounted on each wheel. The wheels are a big improvement on low pile carpet and linoleum. The larger diameter rolls over throw rugs instead of snagging on them (that's how I broke one of the original wheels). I'm writing this immediately after installation so this is not a long term review but the wheel assemblies appear to be very sturdy - much more so that the wheels that came with the chair.
