It's cheap and clunky, you can hear the chain inside flopping around, but it does the job for the price. I haven't put any real heavy torque on it so I can't speak to what it will take to break it, yet.

I have never heard of one of these. Looks like it will work great to pull out bolts from behind a hidden place, where getting in a ratchet wrench would be difficult, and the ratchet stroke is limited, but with this tool, you can have the ratchet higher and get a full swing with each ratchet action.They claim you can use a light duty low torque automatic wrench, like a small battery power one, not a powerful one.It has adapters to attach a 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" socket to the lower end and use a 3/8" directly to the drive end, with a adapter to use a 1/4" ratchet if you wanted to. Yes it is reversible.

It works but everything seemeed too loose the entire operation was wiggly and loose I wouldn't trust this.
