Ahhh, replacement filters for our compost pail that are affordable and fit well. Anyone who has a compost pail on the countertop will appreciate these replacement filters. The filters last a long time but will eventually not absorb odors as well as when new. You will know it! This is a useful and very good product

It fits, of course, and is an effective odor absorber. The purchase was simple, not particularly iow-priced, and delivery was slow-ish. So, it was "OK," but not a great buy.

These are the correct square/round pair filters for a dual-layer, stainless steel compost pail with a 4" lid opening (I bought mine through Gardener's Supply.) They are large enough to stay in the lid, and keep the pail from stinking up the kitchen. Keep in mind: no filter will eliminate odors from *within* the pail, they simply keep them from leaking out. I've left mine in for months and I still have no odors coming out of my pail. I will definitely be ordering more of these in the future.

This is such a great invention! I am so glad I broke down and bought this. We want to recycle but don't want the smell in the kitchen. It works. We can have egg shells in the bin and not smell anything between trash days. I have a sensitive nose so if it did smell I would know it.

I thought this was going to be an adhesive filter to fit into the lid. Also it isn't very thick.

Did not measure up the same as the description and was both smaller and thinner than described and doesn't fit as they should. Absolute garbage. Do not buy.
