I purchased these to install in my garage and barn. Have them directly installed in the rafter and utilize along side a block and tackle chain fall to load/unload materials in/out of my truck bed. Heaviest load I’ve suspended was roughly 300 pounds. These are a nice, well constructed eye bolt and works great for the application I utilize them for.

I have used these in my doorways for resistance band workouts. If you have a solid frames or find studs, these are very reliable.

I got these to hang our pot hanger from once the kitchen is done being renovated. Well, that's been delayed but I can still write the review.They're stamped with "304" which I'm assuming means they're 304 stainless. These would work perfect outside since they won't rust. The black coating won't last long if you hang a swing from it. It scratches off pretty easy which is why I gave them four stars. Just from being in the bag with each other there are already scratches on them.Other than that, these things are built really well. The eye itself is one solid piece. No welds or gaps. The lag screw is welded into the eye and the weld looks well done. No pits and no slag. Could they hold 750 lbs? They would pull out of the wood with that kind of weight before they would break. I'm very happy with the build quality. I would recommend these to anyone looking for some good eye hooks for their project.

Good strong hooks but with a thick shank and the sheer size of them means that even with a pilot hole drilled you will probably need to lube the threads with wax or liquid soap to screw them in. OTOH, holding power seems fine so far!
