I was a little hesitant with purchasing this but found some research, I went for it. I install it today 8/6/24 and I thought it wouldn't make a difference.Boy was I wrong.I went up one of the steep hills near my house and it CLIMBED it with no issue when I did have an issue before. My old air filter was restrictive and gunked and just not the best.I do have a towing tune (50hp) and have had it on it since but I sure feel the difference with acceleration and torque. I do hear the turbo a bit more too but I have to straight pipe my truck.Good part, easy to install, held on perfectly and is so far durable. Appearance isn't the best but gets the job done. And it fits. May have to do some tinkering with the stock air intake, but anyone can do it

The worm clamps are pretty cheap and cheesey, but other than that it's a good product it works as it should

Cheaper than replacing my Factory air box easy to install the little bit of mechanical knowledge does not come with any instructions on where to put mounting brackets but not hard to figure it out

I am kind of mixed on the review here. The pipe that comes with this kit is good quality and fits snug inside the provided grommet where it connects to the dog house vent. The worm gear clamps are kind of chincy to be expected though with the given price so you could go buy some better ones but they are definitely usable with the kit. The filter is the one part of this kit I really don't care for since it is a dry filter and also creates a lot of sucking noise. Could be combated with a better brand filter or maybe a sock I am not sure haven't tried anything yet. Overall to me you are paying for the tube which is still cheaper than buying the same style kit from sinister diesel even if you do decide to upgrade the kit on your own. I wouldn't be afraid to purchase again just be a little prepared for little dislikes and some modifications to the existing O.E.M. air box. You get what you pay for.

The airflow improvement is noticeable, and my truck runs smoother with better throttle response. The oiled filter is easy to clean and maintain.

Prefect but I had to drill a hole for the air gauge reset, not big deal or problem. Easy fix trouble shoot.

Decent kit, but the bracket that holds it updoes not fit on a 2008 F350 super duty 6.4 L super duty. It’s a couple inches too short, which was a disappointment. I’m tempted to give it a four star but the brackets kind of a big deal.It also does not come oiled which is not a big deal but that’s just for people to know. Everything else basically worth the money, and down the road you can buy a can buy a brand name filter to fit on the adapter yesterday
