These worked really well for the lat pull down add on for the fitness reality power rack. The original mounts are only 1in.

Con: I wish they were longer by 3" inch it limits how many plates you can put on when doing landmine exercises.

I have a mix of Olympic and standard weights, this was a great way to be able to store Olympic weight plates on the standard weight plate stand.

Funcionan muy bien. Llegaron muy rápido. Se adaptaron sin problema a una barra recta de 1†y el prisionero de seguridad no se barre al apretarlo como en otro tipo de extensiones. Si no quieres invertir en una barra olÃmpica y solo tiene ma una barra estándar, esta opción es la correcta.
