Our Bearded Dragon loves to soak in this little pool. He's about 8-9 inches long. The depth comes to his shoulders. He loves to soak in it with warm water. He drinks for several mins and lifts his head up to get the water down and then repeats several times. I leave him in it for fifteen mins in an enclosure or sit with him on the porch floor in the sun. It's been very helpful for his health and wellbeing. It's important not to move them around when they have water in their mouth as it can go down the wrong way and apparently drown them. I soak him every other day.

Durable and nice for walk~in bath for my small tortoise.In the winter when the tortoise is hibernating I set it ouside with fresh water daily for birds to use as a bird bath.

I bought the medium water dish, which is quite a nice size and could easily fit in and out of my 40 gallon breeder feeding door on the cover if held from the top.The only thing that put me off is the fact that even if you fill the bowl up to the very top, the water will dry out very quickly, I found mine would sometimes dry out within a few hours of filing it. Granted its always a good reminder to change the water, so I guess it helps aid forgetful owners, haha.

The size and shallowness is perfect for my tortoise, but as soon as I unwrapped it, it fell to the floor and broke in two. So, the material is a very brittle resin, which is unfortunate. Otherwise, it would have been perfect.

Useful when feeding blueberries to the box turtles . They won't roll off and get lost in the substrate creating a mess. Hard surface good for their beaks but the price is high.Update: I took away as many stars as I could because after an overnight soak in warm soapy water the XL dish just split in two. It had never been dropped or banged on anything. I still have two others but will not be buying anymore. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Before purchasing several of these dishes, I used terracotta saucers as my turtles bathing pond. The sides were too high and they were too deep so there was a very real danger of them falling into the pond and getting flipped over and drowning. These dishes by OMEM are great! They are lightweight compared to the terracotta, easy to clean and best of all, they have low sides so my little rescued turtles have no problem getting into the bath, which they now do very often! They love running around in the water now. The main problem I had when searching for a dish for them was that they are very small for their age, because of stunted growth from non-optimal conditions in their first 5 months of life, and it was hard to find a dish with low sides. OMEM came to the rescue with this dish and it is now their favorite pool of all. My turtles thank you for making a great product. Will be ordering more soon.
