Book arrived quickly in excellent condition with some great patterns! I have several of the three yard quilt books and they are all simple, easy to follow, and make fairly inexpensive throw size quilts. Includes instructions to make larger sizes if desired.

This is a great book with many beautiful quilt patterns. I am a beginner quilter and have found the directions to be very clear. So far I have made 2 quilts from this book and both turned out better than I expected. The patterns are for lap sized quilts but it includes directions to make larger ones. Being a beginner, I stuck to the smaller ones, which are actually a nice size. This mother-daughter duo also has videos that show what the quilts look like in different fabrics. If you are on the fence about quilting, go ahead, buy this book and get started. You won't be disappointed!

Clever color placement, quick strip piecing, easy patterns - what’s not to like? Our quilt group at the senior residence where I live has ALL the Fabric Cafe books. We make good use of them to make quilts for foster kids and lap robes for seniors in our skilled nursing facility - something unique for all.

My sister and I do a lot of quilting for charity and these patterns use precisely 3 yards of fabric for the top and binding, but beware the binding is not the usual double fold binding. They are calling it an economy binding which is only 1 1/4†wide strip. We have made several now, but have used a 2 1/2†double fold binding which requires 1/4 yard more of the fabric that will include the binding. All have come out beautifully.
