These are very similar to the airlocks I used years ago homebrewing beer. They are far less expensive and not nearly as strong of a plastic as what I am used to but they work just fine. The grommets insert easily into a 1/2" drilled hole and once the airlock was placed in the grommet there was no CO2 leaking from around the grommet or where the airlock enters the grommet. So they do exactly what they are supposed to do. They are being used for homemade CO2 tanks for an indoor herb garden.

If you have brewed before, you know what these airlocks look like and how they work. These were good, and typical of this kind of product. What prompted this review was the good customer service.I THOUGHT the package came with only 2 gaskets but it turned out one had wedged itself in one of the red caps. So I wrote to customer service asking another be sent. They got right back to me with an "of course" and just asked that I make clear the product I was asking about (presumably so there were no errors in what I needed).I let them know my mistake and all if finished. But good customer service by the Onebom Supplier!

It's a simple airlock, everything included is of good quality. I just recommend drilling 2-3 small holes in the top cap to allow it to vent if you do use it.

The supplied dust caps for the tops of airlocks had no breather holes.I had to add some myself with a push pin. (Hence, one star for ease of use.)After that, they work perfectly.Note: If you are using a wide-necked bottle, like a carboy, the supplied silicon stoppers are too small. Fortunately, the kit also comes with grommets. So, once you drill a 1/2" hole in your container's cap for the grommet, they will work fine that way. (I have since gotten some carboy-size stoppers from another vender.)
