Updating my review as the company has sent me a new item and it works perfectly! I must have just gotten a defective machine. Customer service was very pleasant to communicate with and seem to genuinely care about their clients. Thank you for the prompt service!When I first bought this item it worked wonderfully. It was quiet, ran easy and fit perfectly in the kitchen next to the kittens food. After having it for a little over a month- I noticed some issues. It isn’t quiet anymore and sputters even if the water is filled and cords are all plugged in. I tried to figure out how to fix the item but because I’m passed the 30 days I was only able to get a “how to†guide for the item. I will say when it worked, it was a little annoying to clean at first. Taking the wires out of the bowl was a tad confusing at first.

We have very weird cats that will only drink running water. We have tried plastic fountains before but they are busy, splash, and get disgusting. This one is amazing. Worth the money. Easy to clean. Quiet. Works well. The cats love it. We love it. Would buy again

The function of this product is wonderful I really can't complain there, but the noise level has gotten so much louder than when I first received it. It is so easy to clean, and the fact you can put it in a dishwasher is amazing. The fountain works wonderfly. I really like the light so it shows you how the water level is. And the water flow is very fluid, and never had any issues. But it just seems so much smaller so if you have a multi-fur family (as a cat mom of 4) I would get something bigger!

My cats both love this thing and I've never seen them drink so much water. It's quiet as long as it's full and it's easy to clean.

the good- easy to setup, and easy to clean (mostly)the bad- cant disassemble the pump to clean the impeller, and it has gotten louder and louder in just a few weeks. started pretty quiet, then became a low ticking kind of sound, now it growls all the time, and you can hear it at the front door of the house, even though this is sitting by the back door, 3+ rooms away.it is close to becoming a stainless steel water bowl, because the growling pump is super annoying, and makes having a "fountain" less desirable. a bowl wouldnt make any noise...

We bought 2 fountains for 2 cats. Our cats love it and it’s still quiet and works okay until the last two weeks. The ad says change the filter every 2 weeks to a month. Since we got it I’ve been taking both of them apart EVERY FRIDAY and deep cleaning them with boiling water. We only use purified filter water in the fountains to keep the water extra clean. The last two Fridays I’ve noticed an insane amount of mold coming from the motor. I bleach the parts I can and run boiling water through the motor since I can’t use anything else to clean it. The last time I cleaned was 11/08/24. Got home from work today (11/11/24) and noticed they were both overflowing and made a huge water mess. Took them apart and found more mold today after I spent 3 hours on Friday getting rid of it. The fountains also air dry overnight before we use them again. I’ve given up on cleaning the fountains since it’s been 2 hours on one and I still can’t get the mold all cleaned out. They’re currently using a stainless steel mixing bowl for their water until we can find something else. Theres an option to buy a new motor for both of them but we’re very hesitant because if it happens again we can’t afford to buy 2 new motors every month.

Overall I really like this fountain! It is super easy to clean and I love that it’s convenient to buy new filters that don’t cost a fortune. The fountain does make a slight humming noise however I dont even notice it. It does hold a lot of water as well! I love the light that shines through so you can see the water level. Definitely worth the price!

My cats would only drink out of the water faucet which made a big mess or outside water puddles now they love the water bowl. Works great easy to clean

My cat drank from it almost immediately! Easy to put together. Silent pump can't hear anything. Very cute sitting on the kitchen bench like a fountain. Love it. Would recommend.
