Coming from the aspect of holding multiple firearms ceetifications from the Army and as a federal agent I found this trigger lock to have a smart design. It has the biometric fingerprint, key lock, and numeric 5-10 combination lock.I purchased two in order to test whether the keys to the key lock had a unique cut. I am pleasantly surprised the keys have a unique cut - i.e., if an unauthorized person gets access to on key, it will only open the lock it was uniquely cut to fit (good security feature).I tried the lock on mutiple calibers of different brands, and the lock is adaptible to all my pistols. It also works on all of my various rifles snd shotguns.It is also a good price compared to comperable locks.

I wanted a small lock for a shut gun so I could keep it within reach but also protected.This lock is very easy to use. The programming is relatively simple.It opens every time I try from the first time. No issues so far.

This lock works perfectly as advertised and is fairly simple to set up and get going. Releases as designed and falls away. Feels durable and the finish is nice. Definitely recommend!

This looked great. Got a couple, set them up identically. One works FLAWLESSLY. The other showed no signs of problems, worked perfectly at setup. But then a week or two later, the fingerprint unlock mechanism failed with no warning-- I can hear that it recognizes my fingerprint, because there is a tiny whirring sound, but the lock does not disengage. The buttons or physical key still work to unlock it, meaning that it's NOT a mechanical issue with the pins or lock; but the whole point was to have near-instant biometric access WITHOUT a key. But if I entered my fingerprints correctly (i.e., I can hear that the lock knows I'm authorized) then it should do its job. The fact that it does not 100% reliably do its job during regular boring chill test scenarios means that I cannot trust it to work in a situation where I would NEED immediate access to unlock it.And the worst part is that its sibling (the flawlessly-functioning copy of this lock that I got at the same time) did nothing wrong, it works FLAWLESSLY but I unfortunately know that the malfunction/unreliability exists, and so I cannot trust either of them. Very very regrettable purchase.

I saw the other reviews saying it doesn't work right and made me hesitant to order it. However, it works as intended! The instructions are a bit annoying... but, works well once you figure it out! I mainly wanted it for the biometric lock. The backup code and key is OK as well I guess. Make sure to do the fingerprint in 4 different ways that you would touch it to get it to work almost everytime.

AWESOME product. SUPER easy to use and VERY high quality. Fits a WIDE variety of my handguns and have not found one it does not fit yet. Had a question about the product and the company was SUPER quick to respond and helpful. Will be sure to order again in the future. Compared to similar type products this one does seem to be of premium quality.

I’m sure it’s good. Probably fits most handguns, rifles and shotguns, but it does not fit Glocks.
