The drip pan with the water in it keeps it from smoking or burning the grease drippings. Also makes it super easy to clean drip pan. The burner shield is enamel so it cleaned easy. Don't use anything abrasive on the burner shield or grill rack and it should stay easy to clean. Really like using the butane can in the internal locking compartment. Seems so much safer than using propane. Comes with a plastic carry case. Flame is hot so need to go with lower flame next time. Made a great flamed burger. Can't wait to do salmon steaks. 😋

I bought two of these to be able to have some korean bbq at home. One arrived in great condition. The other arrived damaged. The box was free of damage upon unboxing. The lower corners where the water tray opening is were bent. I had to remove the legs and straighten the metal out and straighten the brackets so that the tray could be removed. Other than that, it works superbly! A quick run to a store that has bbq supplies and was able to find the butane required. I'm in the process of figuring out how to convert to propane. I adore these grills. Dont hesitate. They are worth every penny.

This is my third attempt at buying a portable grill for our picnics. I've tried some portable charcoal grills, but they're a mess to pack up after use. Plus, the charcoal burn pretty much ruins the grill after one use.This grill lets you add water to the bottom tray, and it catches all the grease and food drops in the water. At the end, you just dump it out and with a quick rinse, it's as good as new.Packing is simple: just give the rack and griddle a quick wipe, stack them, and put everything into the case. Then, you can toss it in the back of the trunk without worrying about staining your car.I do wish the carry case was a bit sturdier, but all in all, it's a solid product,

Very Good GrillI always wanted to grill some Izakaya-style food at home for those late nights with friends and family after moving back from Japan. I was excited to try this grill as it's very similar to the ones Itamaes use back in Japan. I made some Yakitori Chicken with Blistered Shishito Peppers, and I must say, the stove did not disappoint. Food came out with great flavourJust make sure to monitor the water level to ensure it doesn't dry out. As long as there's water in the stove, the smoke is very minimal. Good for indoor use.The grease guard did its job and prevented oil from reaching the flame tube, which is what reduced the smoke and made cleaning much easier. It's also not too difficult to brush food residues off the grate.I would recommend this.

Had to return this twice. First time, the butane lock did not work so I had to hold on to the lock with one hand the whole time.Got a replacement, this time, the included grill pan decides to morph and bend when used with heat. The Grill is so thin that it distorts and bends!! So I returned the second one.
