This is the most cost effective, well made, secure mic clip I've used. I use it to attach an AKG D112 (big, heavy) to the rim of a Tahitian bass drum. I've had different clips and they've all (especially the clip included with the mic) failed to hold the mic securely. The OnStage clip held the whole 1.5hr show at exactly the angle & position I set before I started banging away. You have to understand a Tahitian bass drum vibrates much more than a bass drum in a typical drum kit. I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it to everyone.

The MY120 holds my (slightly heavy) Shure MV51 securely, but allows it to be moved to my desk without playing with screws and the builtin arm on the mic.

I've used these with all sorts of skinny condenser mics - SM81, AT2021, SE5E-10 - and they hold the mic securely but not so hard that I would worry about damage. Great value, would buy again.

I got this for my cousin who has a drum mic setup and this is the only clip we found that would work for his small overhead mics.

These clips are sturdier, more versatile, and (seemingly) safer than the clips that came with my Earthworks SR20s & my Neumann km148s.

Material has a lot of give. Not super impressed. Holds the mic securely, but it wobbles at the joint.

I have a pair of old E/V ND357s that lost their plastic sleeve years ago. These clips are a great fit. The part that holds the mic is flexible rather than the standard stiff plastic, so it can stretch a bit for different mic sizes. The part where the stand mounts has a metal insert, unlike some of the really cheap clips.

I have gradually switched over to condensor mic that are powered by the mixing board. These are perfect for them. Nice tight fit. Too small for SM58 and larger dynamic mics.
