The plastic piece that the lanyard is attached to broke.I hit a couple of big potholes on the road and the little plastic piece broke and let the microphone hanging thereOnly had this for 3 months and the vehicle was only on the road for the past month

Got this on July 20th. The cable broke the first time within 2 weeks. I fixed it, the second time it broke the entire housing came apart. But I fixed it, several more times. This morning the 18th of September less than 2 months and the end of the flat wire spring broke off and when it popped the housing apart and slinky steel unraveled at eye level between me and the windshield it got a little sketchy for a minutes.
