It comes very squished with no further instructions for expanding - I was skeptical at first and read some other reviews for tips on getting it to fully expand. It takes a few days - I ended up squishing and more or less “pumping†(like you would blow up a small inflatable with those accordion air tubes) the foam to try to accelerate the process. It worked pretty well, but then letting it sit for a few days really worked well. It holds my iPad Pro perfectly. The pocket on the side is exactly what I needed for my accessories - my drawing glove and applePencil grip were always getting lost, now I can store everything together. Perfect angle for sitting in the couch and drawing.

The pillow came in a small rectangular cardboard box. You take it out of the plastic cover and you allow it to expand. After it expands, you can place a tablet or a phone comfortably in a rest area like a couch or bed. You have 3 different angles where you can place your device depending on which of the three sides you choose. I ordered a couple of these and while it does its job, it is not the main attraction for the kids. It stays there with no use whatsoever. However, I found it helpful when browsing or reading for long periods. Additionally, one of the pillows didn't expand like the others (the one on the left is the normal one and the one on the right is defective). Unfortunately, I opened all them up after the 30 days of purchase ... I guess you live and you learn. I would give it a 4 out of 5 but since there issues with quality control I will deduct 1 star.

When I first opened this, I thought it was no good but, honestly, I was trying to use it incorrectly. Once I realized how it actually works, it works just fine. It is great to use if you want to watch something while laying in bed. it's kind of like a pillow for your tablet. We use it with an iPad and it works fine.

Received today, it was squeezed into a box. I put it in my dryer for 10 minutes and out it came ready to use. It’s lightweight and works well.

This was to replace one bought years ago in a store. At first I was nervous about it taking shape. It comes shrink wrapped in a bag and it wasn't taking shape for a while. We ended up putting in the dryer and it took shape perfectly. The color is as shown. It holds the ipad max perfectly. 5/5 would recommend.

Its soft like a pillow and hold tablets fine. The angles may be off a bit for you but for what it is and does, I think it is really cool for keeping in bed and watching stuff on the tablet. Feels like a pillow so rolling over it is unnoticeable!

The note inside the package informs you that it will take a few minutes to decompress. It should read that it takes a few days(2-3). I do like the fact that there are two angles that can be used(about 80 deg and about 45 degrees).

It did show up pretty disfigured in the packaging, but in about 1-2 weeks it comes into form. It will take time and patience. I use this to read 1500 page comic books and it holds these heavy boys pretty well.
