The top fits perfectly. It's easy to put on. I have put these on multiple time and found this one to be so easy that there was no stress.

Mine had great fit! But the color faded Completely within a month. The fading doesn't bother me that much, but if I get a couple more years out of its true function and remains durable, then I'm very happy with the price.

We actually didn’t know the manufacturer of our used gazebo. We measured and compared item and although the outside frame for the legs had the correct dimensions the top frame was a bit smaller. We simply added 1†pvc to extend the frame to fit the canopy! This worked great! If you have a 10x12 gazebo frame with a similar ceiling frame, I’m betting you can make this work with some extenders of some sort.

This is so thin and flimsy I have to keep fastening it down to the gazebo. And every single time it rains rather than water flowing off the top it collects the rainwater and sinks in. The Velcro straps don’t stay connected. This item I plan to send back

These fit good for a replacement of our Lowes canopies. Price was a great price. My main complaint is how it has faded within less than a month already. Live in PA so we don't have the hot sun like some other states that it should fade like it has. This was a navy blue. It just looks like a washed out not sure what color it should be if I didn't know what I purchased. Leaks a good bit from the center top insert as well. Maybe if your going to purchase this don't buy a color because it fades in less than 3 weeks. Otherwise ok. Get what you pay for I guess.

After 4 years, canopy top start to tear. This repacement looks slightly different with inner material. I'm not sure this is more improved material. But it has improvement in design that knot the string with canopy and canopy top, Under original design, canopy top bug screen rolled up when wind blows.

Doesn't fit properly. May be not made square. Had to rig a way to stay on.
