Fits perfectly but not an easy fit. Had to remember it's 10x12 and line it up accordingly. Glad I had help putting it on. Great price!

I have to give it one star or they wont post this .i ordered two of these an they dont fit not even close an there such a pain to put on thsy should jus let me keep them an give my money back cause there not goin fit for any one else sumone else is goin get these an goin be upset cause there such a pain to put on

Does NOT fit Lowe’s Allen + Roth 12 ft x 10 ft gazebo model #GF-12S004B & stitching tore trying. Just gonna clip the one corner down (see pics). You get what you pay for…cheapest for a reason!UPDATE: seller responded, trying to make it right! Because I appreciate good customer service (& the price is the lowest), although it was near impossible to put up because of being too small, I’m tempted to purchase another! Using the clip seen in the pic, just might not be a deal breaker…especially after seeing how well it repelled rain (see new pic added).

I have a Allen Roth 10x12 gazebo that I purchased from Lowe's. This canopy replacement does not fit it. It is too small.
