Went together easy and it’s stable. Functions great I just can’t use the squat rack because I’m 6’4â€, I’d say if your 5- 5’7†it should work fine. It does work great as a shrug stand though. Looks good and great price.

This is a robust beginner's bench rack, more suitable for teenagers or beginners than professional-level trainers. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough to probably last several years of regular use. It was advertised as a 900 lb bench rack, but this seems misleading. I would call this a minimal or light-duty unit. The foam pads are on the short-side, so people with large legs may find some discomfort during leg extensions - particularly with a protruding bolt-nut, which tends to rub against my inside knee. But that's easy to fix with some modification. The preacher curl handle also could've been better designed, but it's okay. The squat rack is acceptable. The entire unit is meant to accommodate standard plates, but the design doesn't prevent Olympic-class. The weight rests have good rubber. The seat and back rest are good. For the money, I think it was a very good deal if you're just starting or want something for your kids. I give it five stars for the category it's in (though I'd be more accurate with a 4.5). I'm quite pleased with it.

This bench a nice addition to my home gym and I couldn't be happier with it. I had a small problem with the preacher curl pad (padding was lopsided), the seller responded to my message immediately, and replaced the defective part. It's easy to put together, very sturdy and stable. An aspect to consider, is the rather short distance between the foam rollers is placing pressure in the wrong place on the shins and could be uncomfortable when doing leg extensions with heavy weights.

Super easy to put together and packaged very well ! Seems very well made and very sturdy after assembly. I purchased this over others because if the installation wasn't easy they had video to illustrate the assembly of this product, which helped . The instructions were all I needed . I bought this simply because the ship weight to the other In this class was about 20 pounds heavier than others .I highly recommend this model for something made over seas !

Yes, I am giving this an honest 5 star review. Some say that the quality could be better, but for under 300 bucks, the quality seems about right for its purpose. I'd expect perfect quality if I had money to blow on $1000+ weight bench.I discontinued my gym membership as I'm an hvac tech who has barely any time (especially in winter) to go to the gym and I haven't regretted it! The bench is so versatile for a high variety of work outs, even more than mentioned in the video, because we have google. You can look up hundreds of solid workouts that utilize a bench, barbell and dumbbells. You'll spend lots of time on this awesome workout equipment! Obviously you have to buy weights and bars separately but that's what yard sales and facebook marketplace is for!I will be honest, its taken a bit of time to get used to doing barbell squats with this, but it's mainly because I'm used to the assisted barbell smith machines at planet fitness. It's tough getting the hang of the workout bench if that's all you're used to but the design makes sense once you get the feel for it. There are so many workouts you can do with a barbell alone.I will bluntly say I'm 5' 1" and have no awkwardness about it at all. My step dad who is 5' 9" and pretty broad has had no issues either. Like I said, sometimes you just have to retrain yourself to new equipment.Assembly was incredibly easy. I started off by removing all items from the box. I recieved an extra cardboard tray of parts (washers, bolts, nuts, etc) so I was pleased I wasnt missing anything. I had it put together in a couple hours. I used my own socket wrench for the bolts/nuts and used the provided mini wrench for leverage against the bolt as I tightened the nut against it to give it more of a tight torque. (I didnt feel like making a trip to the garage again) The equipment doesnt feel flimsy, loose, or fragile. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase. I still get home from work late but I feel relieved that I don't need to travel to the gym anymore. This unit has helped continue progression with my muscle growth so I can be more in tune at work with my body. Especially with being a female in the trades. If anyone asks me about a good workout bench, I'm going to recommend this.

The bench does the job for me and was easy to assemble. I first made sure I had all the parts on the parts list and used my own socket wrench to tighten everything down. It took about 1.5 hours to put together while I also watched football. The bench is set up in what used to be an exercise room that now serves as a guest room so I really like the fact it can fold up for storage. It doesn't seem to lock in the upright position so after I fold it up, I put the barbell on the top rack to secure it in place. While it came with all the parts the list called for, it seems to be short 2 M8 washers (or maybe I used a couple where I didn't need to). Thankfully, I had some extra washers around that did the trick.Prior to ordering, I had reached out to the seller with a few questions and received replies within 12 hours.I use 2 inch weights. The barbell and weights do not come with the bench so you can use with the weights you want/have. My barbell set came with a 7' length, 2" diameter bar, which I prefer over the 1" bar. I ended up buying a 5' / 2" bar because of the spacing in the room, but you can use whichever length suits your needs.I also bought 1" to 2" adapters (also on Amazon) for the arm and leg weights as the bench has 1" poles. I had to cut the adapters down 1.5" so they could be tightened on the pole, but if you're using 1" weights, you won't need these.I really like this bench. It's a little wobbly with no weights but I dont notice that with weights on. I've since replaced my Bowflex Ultimate 2 with this setup and an very happy with the change.
