I saw the bad reviews from 2023-2024, but you know what I thought hey it's 2025 now it's a new year maybe they updated and improved their formula. I ended uplucking out here, it seems high quality to me. The other reviews showed it falling apart, but I dont see any creases or slices or glue, etc.It does NOT look glued together, it looks precisely cut. I dont see it breaking any time soon, Ive used it a few times now and it works great.Before I got it, I was worried it was going to be too squishy/bouncey, but it's solid enough.There's a learning curve though, I'm still trying to figure out how to use it. I was trying to use it to overload, but now I think I'll be using it for speed work.Value for money, thanks for making it more affordable than other options

I mostly use it at 1.5" sometimes ill put it onto 6" for weight introduction under load but For the price it's a good product I put 405lbs on it at 6" and i halfway thought the brick would become damaged but it barely budged.l and no damage was done it's a Very solid product. 5/5 durability test 5/5 like & use-ability 5/5 price 5/5 comfort.

Only issue is the bar doesn’t fit very well. I’m afraid it will stretch out and then not work, but so far it works great once you struggle bus it on.

I have a full pec tear from ego lifting 13 months ago. Took a long break from lifting and tried to get back to where I was too fast which was a 465 bench. Tore it only benching 355 (3rd rep) but I am 39 now. I didn’t have surgery as I only workout for hobby these days. This product has really helped me continue to flat bench and get back to repping 225. My pec tore at the bottom of the lift. This products prevents you from going deep enough to cause pec rupture and if you have allows you to get back at it.

Definitely helps with my shoulder. You can focus on your lift and not worry about your shoulder as much.

Groove for 3" doesn't work well. It slips off. It's too shallow and wide at the top. So it doesn't hold. Unfortunately I'll have to cut notches. Poor purchase

You won't be disappointed, if you're having trouble locking the weight, this product will really boost your lockout strength! I have already added 50lbs to my lockout, and 20lbs to my bench in only 1 month of using this!

Dank den vielen Möglichkeiten diesen Block beim Bankdrücken zu verwenden, ist er ein wichtiger Bestandteil für jedes Gym. Man kann sich damit langsam an schwereres Gewicht gewöhnen - oder man verwendet ihn fürs Shirt-Drücken.

No me ha gustado, porque es como suela de zapato gastada. Se deshace en la barra y deja numerosos residuos en el grabado y mancha todo a su paso. Dudo que esto sea muy sano. Hay que tener en cuenta que son productos tóxicos que se desprenden del producto y acaban en las manos, las respiras, te manchan el material de gimnasio …. No lo recomiendo.

Just FYI the small block only has ONE choice in terms of number of boards. The large looks like you can maneuver it around for every length/width/height, but not the small. Returning my purchase...

Eigentlich ja dafür den Sticking Point zu Trainieren aber ich brauchte ich den Block aufrund einer Schulterverletzung die nicht die volle ROM erlaubt. Jetzt kann ich wieder sicher Bankdrücken machen. Passt gut um jede olympische Langhantel ist aber nicht so "stramm" wie ich es bei anderen Produkten gesehen habe. Ob sich daraus Rückschlüsse über die Haltbarkeit machen lassen kann ich nach ein paar Monaten noch nicht sagen.
