It's great for flagging while hunting if you want to retrace your steps or mark blood spots. tears pretty easily but if you're trying to mark off an area it'll stretch too much and then fall off your stakes.

We used these to write the names of children who did not survive the residential school system to tie outside of our school. One month later, there has been no fading and all of the ties are still in place strong durable great purchase.
