Like: high CFM, appearance, quiet, humidity sensing, bright lightDislike: night light, flapper noiseThe night light is too bright for us. However, the small green light that indicates the fan is in humidity sensing mode provides adequate 'night' light for those overnight trips to the bathroom.When we have high winds, he flapper in the vent line, on one of our two units, clicks. The wind must be drafting the flapper open and then it clicks when it closes. This is an open-close, open-close, open-close repeating noise. The second unit does not do this, probably because the roof top vent is facing the opposite direction.Something to note: When the 2 units were installed, and set to the humidity sensing option, they ran, constantly, for 2 days. I did not realize we had so much humidity in our house. After those 2 days the fans cycle on and off as needed.The highest CFM is obtained when the unit is not in the humidity sensing option.

This can be run from 1 switch or 2. Best to vent from the roof in my case. If you are a DIY-er you will have no issue installing this.

The fan is very noisy and the motor seemed to have arrived with quality problem as the fan works sometimes but does not work other times. Being attracted to it nice appearance, we were so disappointed by the quality of the product.

At first I thought that this wasn't pulling the air like I wanted, even holding a kleenex by it, it wasn't pulling the tissue up against it. I went outside to the vent and it was really blowing out. I love the option of the 2 lights and to be able to select the brightness. Nice and quiet.

This fan not only helps eliminate the moisture created from using Hot water, but also helps in getting rid of those mal odors when using the bathroom, highly recommend replacing a small fan with this one , the auto On feature when it detects moisture in the bathroom is Great!! The option to use Bright to Medium lighting is also a plus.

It was easy to install, it makes noise, but it’s honestly not something you notice too much. My bathroom no longer fogs up and the added light is perfect 🤩

Installation went smoothly, needed a second wire for the light, but that was OK. It is quiet and I like the light controls.

Make sure the old fan is out first !!!get a 3 way plug as unit only came with 2 ways...(so fan & Light) and needs the bottom light unit plugged in before fan actually will work. Also, it's a 6" duct, what is exhaust pipe ? 4" ? you'll need the adaptor then (4 to 6) and all that proper DUCT TAPE ! :)serious good fan once running :)Really good product (as installed yesterday with buddy)

This installed very easy. Mostly plug & play. It’s a very quiet fan, & the light is a great feature. We had to adjust our exhaust size. Worth every penny.

Used in a bathroom of 150 square ft. Dislike the fact that you can't adjust the lights brightness without removing the unit from the ceiling! Otherwise, good so far.
