Best investment I have made. It is definitely worth the investment amount. It is quite easy and simple. It does warm up quickly and the light is bright. Great quality look the fan is power is strong. It even has a three switch power.

This can be installed easily if directly replacing a similar one or putting it into new construction. The vent exhaust is inside the unit, so don't forget to grab it out before heading to the attic. This could need higher voltage wiring or a circuit breaker changed if replacing only a light, plus it'll need additional lines run for the vent and heater. I'd initially tried this in the old house to make sure everything worked before deciding whether it'd go to the new house. The old light wiring was underpowered and literally melted the included clear plastic wire connectors while running the heater. Regular wire nuts and 12 gauge wire would probably have worked without issue. Since I needed to run new wire at the new house anyway, that ended up being the better place to install this one rather than trying to modernize the house we'll be selling. It's nice that they included a triple switch even if it does seem cheap. Timer switches were a much better way to go and save electricity and having to remember to get up and shut off the vent later.

Installation was easy enough when you are talking about the ease of placing the fan unit in the ceiling. My entire reason for the 3 star rating is due to the electrical switch that comes with the fan unit. Once I had the unit installed and I began the connection of the wiring I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the triple switch that is supplied. I purchased two of these fan units for our two bathrooms and both switches were of such poor quality that they would not grip the black power wire tight enough to even maintain a good connection. I ended up going to a local big box store and purchasing 2 better quality switches that were not a "quick and easy" connection, but instead had screw connections that were positive and safe.I would stress that the electrical switches were very unsafe and I felt would have been a fire hazard if I had not replaced both of them with a better quality.

One of my favorite new additions to the bathroom! I am a big fan of the heater that I can just switch on in the morning, come back in a few minutes and it'll have my bathroom nice and toasty! My bathroom is probably a little bigger than average as far as master bathrooms go, and this will heat it up nicely within just 3-5 minutes.I had it installed with the heater and fan hooked up to those twist dial timer knobs, an idea I got from another reviewer on a similar item, and it works out perfectly! You turn on the heat or fan, and it will be set on a timer so you can just turn it on and forget it which is great for the heater in the morning because I wake up before everyone else so it's nice to keep the heater on for at least an hour so it stays warm for most of the morning. It's also nice when you want to use the bathroom and you'd like to heat up the room but don't want to keep it on the entire time you're soaking in the tub, just long enough to warm up the room. The same applies for the exhaust fan, maybe you want to kick the fan on as you're leaving the room and don't want it on all day. Speaking of the fan, it's plenty strong. They claim 110 CFM and that seems plenty strong for me and the size of my bathroom.I like the 3 color adjustable lights, too, but I mostly just use the warm white color. It's nice to have the other options.Overall, I am quite happy with it. I've never had a heater/fan/light feature in the bathroom and I can't see myself going back to no heat now.
