Your cart is empty.With a patented two-step boot lever and extendable four-wheel FOILKUT system foil cutter, this Franmara 2031-03 Boomerang customizable two-step waiter's corkscrew with burgundy handle makes opening wine bottles quick, easy, and efficient! This corkscrew is perfect for restaurants, wineries, and catered events. To use, start by expanding the FOILKUT system foil cutter. Place it over the neck of the bottle and make two good turns to cut the foil. Remove the foil cutter from the bottle, collapse the cutter, and remove the foil from the bottle. You're now ready to open the bottle. Insert the nickel-plated spiral worm into the cork. This open spiral worm features a filet running down it to cut into the cork quicker than with traditional worms. Turn the handle to drive the worm further into the cork, until about a half a turn is showing. Place the stainless steel boot lever on the rim of the bottle and gently begin to extract about 7/8" of the cork. Press the boot lever in and the second boot lever will pull the rest of the cork straight out. This corkscrew's patented two-step boot lever is incredibly efficient at extracting corks, thanks to its spring-loaded floating axis. A crescent-shaped cutout in the handle keeps the floating axis in a vertical position, relieving stress so that the boot lever hugs against the cork during extraction. This system provides added leverage for increased efficiency and more rapid service.

It’s is sturdy and efficient. My favorite part is the foil cutter. It is the best one I have used. More effective than those little knives you get most of the time. As it is built into the Unit, you need less tools to open your wine.

This is one of the best corkscrew designs that absolutely works every time. The heavy weight plastic does not detract from its efficiency or style. To be fair, the company makes another version that is more lightweight, costs quite a bit less, and doesn't work as well as this one. This one is definitely worth the extra cost.

I live in wine country on the Central California Coast. I first discovered the Boomerang while doing local wine tasting. It was being sold at a local wine tasting room with the vintners logo on it. It has a very exquisite foil cutter and it un-corks the bottle with very little effort. I bought a couple of them and promptly gave one away to a relative that admired it. We entertain a lot and I just keep giving these away to good friends that use it and love it. I always have a couple in the house and one in the Eurovan for camping excursions. If you love wine you will love the Boomerang. If you serve wine in a restaurant you will love it even more. If you have a wine tasting room you should be selling these things.

I love this wine key. It is the perfect servers corkscrew. Instead of a blade or saw, it has an adjustable cutter to fit any type of bottle. This worked perfectly for me at the work and you never have to worry about slipping or cutting yourself in the process.

I have the original one, dont be fooled. Build quality is very poor compared to the original and i regret the purchase. It still works but for the price its not worth it

I have had one of these in hunter green over 15 years. I am so happy I found it again. Cuts the top cap and then you can screw it in and cork it. Easy all in one. I am giving this one as a gift.

Purchased 2 and had to return one because the metal corkscrew was bent out of the box. Don’t understand how it could have left the factory like that.Other than that, it’s a great design. Especially the integrated foil cutter.
