It does work good in tight spaces for pulling the harmonic balancer and did save me from having to remove the radiator. The bad is, first time I used it one of the metal pieces in the kit that you need for puller to function properly bent and is no longer usable. I'm going to reach out to the seller and/or manufacturer and see if they warranty this or can send a replacement piece. It seems to be well made other than the piece bending. If I hear back or get a reply from the seller / manufacturer I'll come back and update the review.UPDATE: I contacted the seller / manufacturer via amazon and got a fast reply, they were quick to follow up and offered me the options of a refund or a replacement. I elected to go with replacement of the puller and it was on my door step in a matter of days. Considering the quick reply and follow up with a replacement, I updated the overall rating to 5 stars which is well deserved!

This is the best puller I've ever used. I really like the hook style jaws. The jaws are a good length also. I like the different rods that can be inserted with out having to use a mismatch bolt. This is way easier to use than the old adjustable spaghetti noodle style ones. Used on a 2018 Explorer 3.5L

Do not buy this tool it’s cheap and it does not lock onto the harmonic balancer. Buy them oem toolsBrand it’s alot stiffer and so much better. I’ve bought this brand and nothing but issues but I have not had any problems with oem tool brand.

Absolutely surprised at the quality of this tool for the price. This puller removed the balancer on a 6.0 LS with ease. It is a decent addition to the specialty tool inventory in my shop.
