The balancer was easy to put together and use. More cost effective than the dealers around my area.

Sturdy well built , works as good as my much more expensive MP unit . If you are looking for a balancing stand don’t pass this one up. Works on large HD touring wheels also.

Works well enough, but requires extra attention because the rod will fall off due to misalignment.

Exceeded my expectations. We had a home made DYI do-dah that kinda worked. This was worth every penny and it looks awesome too.

Paint is scratched at some points, and chipped at othersThis is a bad manufacturing and Q/C issue, although it does not alter the function of the product it will have an impact on the life span of the product. The balancing cones accept axles up to 38 mm, adding the need to purchase bigger balancing cones if you have a bigger axle diameter on your bike like a Ducati Bmw or MV Agusta

I balanced my 120/90/17 motprcycle front tire all on my own, as a first timer it is incredibly easy to use. Highly recommend.

This is not my first time purchasing a tool from Orion Motor Tech. I had a good experience with my previous purchase, so I went straight to OMT when looking for a wheel truing stand. However, I noticed that the wall on the outside of the post is warped, and the axle of the ball bearings is far from parallel. I am uncertain if this is a manufacturing issue with this particular unit. I will reach out to OMT via email and update this review accordingly..UpdateI received a prompt response from OMT support the very next day.>>Our technician has assessed the situation and determined that it is not a defect.I know the tool will still function, but the poor quality and crooked bearings may not provide a perfectly level result. I have included a picture of the other post, which is in better condition than the one shown in the first image. It seems that the quality of the units might vary, and you may be lucky enough to receive a satisfactory one.Returning these relatively inexpensive, heavy tools is often not worth the cost and effort, and the tool will still serve its purpose. Therefore, I've decided to keep it. I must say, though, I was impressed with the customer service—they were clear, quick, and followed through on their commitment. It's good to know that help is available, even though I'm not entirely happy with the quality of this particular tool.
