The walls of the crimp section are extremely thick. I literally cannot crimp them with the cheapie $30 crimper I bought. Had to do a series of crimps: 1/0, 1, then 2, which created really bad looking crimps, but they seem like they'll hold. The problem is that I only needed 125A, not 175, so they're much thicker than I actually need. So don't buy these unless you have access to a really good crimper.

I purchased these to create a set of harnesses to quickly connect/disconnect a couple of power inverters. One end went to my car to tap into the 12V system of my EV to draw power from the main battery in outages, and another was connected to my DIY solar/battery setup in the house.The mating ends were connected to a 2000w pure sine wave inverter, and a smaller 400 watt modified sine wave inverter (for on the go needs). Works great, they don't get warm/hot while under load.Definitely use fuses in line and heat shrink any exposed metal to minimize the risk of a short or fire.

These crimp lugs are INCREDIBLY thick, you will need a very nice set of lug crimpers! They work and function great once installed.

I needed a quick disconnect for some audio gear and this fit perfectly. Make sure you test fit the connectors before final assembly because they are a pain to remove when clicked into place. You should solder the ends as crimping did not hold for me. Overall a great solution to keep wires from just laying around.

If you are as confused as I am how linklinkto put these together, search Winch Quick Connect Install and Wire up RZR w Dr Joe and go to the 10 minute mark. The little "hook" at the end goes past the metal flat connector part and clicks in place. You have to push it all the way. You'll get a satisfying click when it's in. The two ends of the connector will also properly lock when put together

The ONLY drawback with these is the lack of clear directions with them. I had to go BACK to the sales page for it, and expand the photos to full screen just to get an idea on how they connect. Having never used these before, I have not installed them because I gave up on trying to figure the installation out. They are well made however. If you have ever used them before AND installed them, I recommend them.

Exactly what you wanted, not like all the other cheap junk Amazon seems to be selling. They are dear but you get what you pay for. Solid feeling plastic, the lugs are of good quality, just a good experience overall. Definitely not weatherproof, I have found the black covers hold more water in then they keep out.

J’ai acheté ce produit pour connecté/déconnecté mon treuil électrique rapidement et ces exactement ce que j’avais de besoin, étanchéité parfait entre les deux connections, manquerai seulement l’autre côté, mais j’ai dû silicone, tout est parfait
