I'm a petite, trim woman and this jacket is perfect. It 's a little baggy, but I think that's the style(?). It feels like I'm wearing a down comforter -- so lightweight and instantly cozy -- and on cold, windy days the fleece hood is a bonus. The sizing WAS confusing so I ordered the largest size I could after reading comments, and crossed my fingers. The seller had indicated the largest jacket would take 2 months to ship, but it arrived in about a week. If the side pocket slits were just an inch longer, then this jacket would perfectly fit kids AND petite women :).

I don't normally spend over fifty bucks for a kids coat but this was an exception. I own two of the "Amazon Coats" and I truly love them. They are the best coats I have ever owned. I was happy when they came out with a kid version and in great colors. They are just as warm and just as well made as the adult version. I know many people have sized up, if you want a couple of seasons wear, I would size up two. Bought for a six year old and the 8-9 year old fit perfect;y, too perfect. Sized up again and I love the fit!

My 5 yo absolutely LOVES this jacket, I bought one for myself as well and love it! It is very warm, comfy and the costumer service is outstanding! I had an issue with our first jacket and they replaced it right away. I will be buying more from them as my kids grow. Absolutely would recommend this jacket to anyone!

This jacket has been on my list for several months now. I have gotten two kids for my kids and one matching jacket for myself. This jacket is made very well. Incredibly warm and spacious. My kids and I love our jackets.

Though the sleeves and the inner layer of the sleeves make it a little snug especially with a sweater or hoody underneath, this coat runs true to size and keeps our girl warm and cozy! It's easy to clean and we have it in black which looks chic and neat. It's our 3rd one that we've ordered just in larger sizes as she has grown. Love it!

5 stars, but the one in size "6-7" deserves 1 star.I received a USED, stained coat! It arrived crumpled in a clear bag, no tags attached and with a white, crusty stain. (See picture) The product page said it was "new".I ordered another size as well and that one arrived in a nice zipper Orolay bag, WITH tags attached, and was folded nicely.Fit for both coats in different sizes are spot on. I did not order up for my 6 year old. My 11 year old is 55 inches tall and I got the "11-12 size" and it fit him true to size, no bigger or smaller than normal. He is on the short size for his age so it might not fit a taller 11 or 12 year old as well.BOTH coats were fulfilled by Amazon.Amazon will not give me One Day shipping to order a new one so my son won't have to go without a coat. I paid a lot of money for this and waited a long time for it to arrive, so I don't expect the product to be used and stained.I love my own Orolay coat. I will soon be reviewing that and the dupe from Steve Madden. I wanted my boys to have the same great coat I have. Besides that my boys say the coat is warmer than their heavy Carhartt coats and like them much better. My 11 year old said he could take a nap in it; it's so soft and warm.I will update this review with any changes and eventually more pictures.
