I use it regularly but find it uncomfortable and I had to stitch the latches as they would let go while traveling...now that I have sewn it...it holds well enough...it does not hold the guitar in proper placement on my back...so I have to move around often to get it to be in place as I drive

First time I used this to haul a guitar around a music festival, the backpack strap nylon stitching tore from the bottom of the backing pad. Almost dropped my guitar. Straps also don’t seem to stay tight when tightened to the case. Simply walking around loosens them up significantly. ALSO seemingly no return option from Amazon on this. Very displeased, total waste of $70

Great concept 👌 it makes carrying a hard case through the airport easier, just wear as a backpack 🎒. Straps adjust to any case. However, when attempting to hold onto the strap to lift in/out of overhead binâœˆï¸ the buckles come undone! Bad!! Make the buckles stronger to take more pressure or design like plane seatbelt buckles to require more than just pressure to undo..Also a waist strap like a camping backpacker bag would help make cases less heavy/ hard on the back. Overall great product but can use small improvements
