High quality piece that fit perfect in the deep 12mm spark plug threads on my 2008 Mustang 4.6L. Don't know what the other reviewer was talking about, this fits the OTC 5605 kit perfect. I bought that and this adapter and they clipped together great out of the box. This adapter is only thing I've found that fits the updated threads on these newer 3V Fords. There's also enough room in the 5605 kit to fit this piece in comfortably, so it's really nice to be able to keep everything together in the case.

If you have been looking for the attachment for the Ford triton stop here my friend you found it. This worked perfectly after many failed attempts with the tool trucks we found this one on the truck and it was what we were looking for. Great tool

you have to have this long reach compression adapter for some engines the ford v 10 is one I ordered the OTC compression test kit and it did not come with this adapter I ordered it to add to the kit
