My painted wooden porch steps were a little slippery and I worried about falling. I didn't want to spend this much but these tread are super heavy and stay put with no form of attachment on my steps. Even in very strong winds (multiple hurricanes), they stayed put! The rug top (leaf pattern) looks great and is non slip, even wet.

Ordered these for our 14 year old golden retriever who was having a lot of difficulty with our deck steps. They have helped tremendously. They are heavy and stay in place. They are really well made and look great too!

Nice product and heavy with a rubber backing so it appears to be very stable on the steps. I really like them and the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they still have an odor after being in place for several weeks.

Great For Older Dogs To Get Traction! Our 10 Year Old German Shepherd Was Having Trouble Slipping On The Steps But This Was a Huge Improvement! I Put A Few Screws In To Hold Them IN place Cut They Seem To Be Great Quality And Will Last So Because We Only Needed 3 We Have A Replacement Set For Later!I'm Sure In A Few Years We Will Need A Ramp For Him But He Is More Confident Knowing He Isn't Going To Slip Now. Before He Would Get A Running Start But Now He Realizes The Steps Are No Longer Slippery! Friends Got The Sandpaper Tape But That Only Lasts A Year And You Need To Staple Them Down Or They Peal So These Look Like They Will Last Many Many Years! These Are Exactly The Right Size And One Needed To Be Cut Around The Railing Posts On The Bottom Step But That Was EZ to Do!

I took up the outdoor carpeting on my front concrete steps and added these instead. They look great, are easy to clean, durable and stood up to us using ice melter on them this winter.

My husband bought these to use for our boat trailer; he put them on the back side of the trailer where you step to climb into the boat. They are working out great, were easy to work with, and have a good weight to them. We would buy again!
