I am updating all my switches and power outlets. The electrical boxes are rarely flush with the walls in my house. This product is perfect for a high quality installation. I am using them with the Leviton Lever switches and outlets, and these (almost) work.Note for the manufacturer: The holes drilled in the metal plates to allow the wall plate screws to go through are not aligning with the holes on the switches and GFCI outlets. It works fine for the regular outlets. I am using Leviton Decora products -- something that is pretty standard. Please make the slots just slightly wider so that the wall plate can be mounted properly. Thanks!

These would work for some homes, but our outlets were much deeper than what this would allow them to be brought out to, we ended up having to go with the rubber/plastic folding pieces that you add behind the screws. These are much easier to install versus the rubber/plastic ones, but they simply just wouldn’t work for our home. Great value for the money you spend.

They work well so long as you have drywall very close to the box. I wish they’d made it 1/4†longer on both ends to catch drywall that had been opened up too much. I do like them though and will probably use them on a lot of builds.

This is the product i've been looking for forever.. I can't stand my switches that are wobbly or sunken. In and the only way to fix that in the past was to reput drywall patching on which is a super pain. This simple tool slides right over and fixes both of those issues. Couldn't be easier to install for any skill level

We love our home but our builder really did a bad job of making our plugs and switch plates sit properly on the wall. Most of them have the junction box wither slanted or sitting way to far back in the wall.All you do is slip this plate in on top of your junction box, line things up so they are straight and then install your switch or socket + cover plate. Super easy with great results!Good to recommend, I repaired five outlets and a couple switches all with perfect results.
