Muy mal material 15 a 20 dÃas de ser comprados 8 dÃas de ser instalado y ya se quebró la base de la ducha como se ve en la foto y viene defectuoso de fabrica el aluminio que viene junto al panel de vidrio de la puerta no concuerda con el orificio donde van los tornillos para atornillar es el arco inferior como se ve en la foto y difÃcil de hablar con la compañÃa porque te ponen entre la espada y la pared aún teniendo garantÃa el producto no te hacen valer tu llamada para avisar de su muy mal producto de ove decors . Yo me aceptaron la devolución o remplazo más bien me dijo el que me atendió que yo lo podÃa arreglar porque solo era una grieta pequeña y como ya estaba instalado pues no podÃa yo devolverlo como ven acaso eso es justo . Ustedes creen que es mi culpa que después de 8 dÃas de instalado se aya quebrado no para nada es de ellos por su mal producto que venden y muy caro .

Original product damaged during shipping like so many others. Nightmare dealing with replacements and returns. In the end I got a new unit and it seems to be in okay shape. Have not installed yet but it should be easy to install and if backed properly should last a while. A little overpriced for the quality but looks great for the room space.

The 36inch 1/4 round shower system is a good looking Shower system. The base pan is sturdy, the round shaped frosted glass is functional & feel spacious. The system had to be re ordered due to Packaging & catastrophic shipping damage by Carrier. Once the replacement system was reshipped, the packaging was flimsy & the frosted glass sustained etching damage. See pic. Overall, it was ok to assemble & reinforce with enough ingenuity. Shower walls seem flimsy but adding recycled styrofoam to the back helped stabilize the flimsiness. Hardware came labeled which helped. Use High quality adhesives & silicone. The Youtube tutorial helped tremendously.

Do your self a favor. Look up how to install this shower. I have seen 3 different video's for the exact model. all different. Instructions that come with it are lacking to say the least. My plumber does not want to install it. Said he had never seen one so complicated. Do you need battens? Drywall before of after the base install? This is the exact opposite of a painless installation!

We installed this in our church building and already month pass nobody can install a doors. Extremely hard to figure it out. Even on YouTube very short video and not much explanation. I was still without doors(

Took forever to get it shipped and we installed it only to find the VERY thin and cheaply made acrylic walls are cracked... Wouldn't waste my money or time!
