I uses this product to hang inside my closet door to hold bath robes,purse,etc. Hangability was a breeze.The functionality is good, however it's weight isn't heavy enough to stay put when using. It flaps and is noisy when placing or pulling items off the hooks.The assembly process was very easy. Storage capacity is perfect. Not that sturdy, but It's scratch resistant with a glossy polish which is very satisfying to the touch.

My fault for not checking the measurements of this item before buying. I thought this hook rack would take the whole length of the door width. It's about half the door width. Also, I thought the distance between each hook would be larger. My jackets hang too close together. I was going to hang a mix of hats and jackets, but there isn't enough distance between hooks. The screws used to attach the two arms that hang on to the door are really short. Because of this, I don't feel comfortable hanging anything really heavy on these hooks. I am afraid the screws can't withstand the weight. However, the hooks are fine for jackets.

It was not clear from the description that the item had to be assembled with screws. My order was missing these screws so it’s now completely useless and I’m having to order a new one
