This replaced a 10 year old hose we had that constantly kinked. This one can kink but far far less. We like it.

I used the product about 10 times and it stopped turning on and off. The on off switch must be broken.

This 50 footer reached the entire two floors of the house (gotta bring it upstairs or downstairs). Problem is stowing it. So I kick it into the room least used. Put it away when company comes over.

Let me start by saying I'm hard on products, especially this one. I use a lot of muscle to get the job done fast and best that I can. Also if you are use to using vacume with a rotating power head, it may take some getting use to, and more elbo grease, especially with thick carpet like mine. The hose and handle are made strong and durable, the problem I had is with the adjustable wond, it kept slipping into smaller adjustable notches, when I pushing down hard. It got so bad I wound up wrapping electrical tape around the pole to keep it from slipping. Solved the problem but now it's stuck on the highest adjustment.

Nothing prepares you for when your central vacuum hose gets a hole in it. So when I needed a quick replacement I quickly came to Amazon and here I found this amazing OVO replacement hose with accessories! Hose fit perfectly, length is enough to reach one end of my home to the other. Hose doesn't tangle or bend up. So far it has proven to be an excellent purchase without any issues! Thanks OVO and Prime!

I got a warehouse deal. Open box, but product had never been opened. It was a great deal. Hose is longer then my original so I can finally clean the far ends of my home without pulling it out of the wall!. I'll probably order a sock for it. And the original floor/head attachment its garbage. If you have hardwood expect to purchase another one. This is an upstairs 2nd hose for me so this wasnt a big issue. A new hardwood head with softer bristles was about $30. Overall, I'm happy! all my flooring on that level of my house is hardwood so I have no need for this hose to have 120v power. A simple on off suction toggle is adequate.

Arrived two full days ahead of scheduled. All items included. Wand extends more than expected. Hose is lightweight and seems durable. Hooked up to my existing system and it worked as expected. Reason for giving only four stars is that the small brush did not come with the long horse hair as advertised in the picture, instead it has small hard bristles. In general, I am pleased.
