We used this roller in combination with a heavier KitchenAid commercial roller for a 12,000 Unit cookie project. For cookie making especially nice as a finisher. We use a more heavy duty roller to roll out the cold dough. This roller is a little too light for that Purpose, However, It is very ergonomic. Great for the finishing touches / Leveling out large slabs of dough & smooth rolling. Holding onto this one.

This rolling pin is great for anyone with sore or arthritic hands. It's lightweight, but it still works very well and effectively. It's very nonstick, and it's super easy to wash. The handles are quite ergonomic, and the size is great - it's much larger than I expected even.

Much larger than my old wood rolling pin. This one is easy to clean, but things stick about the same as my old one. I've used my old one so long it has a finish that while stained with food coloring, I've decided it's pretty good. I have to pay attention to the handles because they are offset so if they are on the lower side my hands scrape the dough or the counter, but if they are on the higher side, it's nice. I was going to replace my old one, but now I'm keeping both. This one is very nice and large, but my old one is better than I realized and is handy for smaller things.For it's size, it is lighter than expected. Overall a very good rolling pin, but dough can still stick if you are not careful. However, cleans right off. Won't stain like a wood one. End to end 20" long. Make sure it fits in your drawer.

Easy to use and great quality. Size is a bit large so just make sure you have space. There is a bit of weight to it also

My only issue with this item is how long it is. The rolling pin is great and I've found a shelf where it fits just fine. A little flour and nothing sticks to this thing. It barely fits my dish washer and does just fine in the top rack. With how well it works I'm willing to work around the clumsiness of the length. Very happy that even my gluten free baking doesn't get messed up by this!

Yes, the roller and the handles move independently. There are also some sort of “bearings†which make the rolling smooth and effortless. Those 2 handy features were not in the web-description.Perfect roller size: not too small not overly long either.The NonStick coating is very agreeable.Not to mention the OXO ergonomic handles.Arrived in a tick from AmazonAUSTRALIA, one of the other sellers.I could not be more pleased.

Best rolling pin we use it every single day in our restaurant, use many wood ones before but they didn't last long really good for commercial use and light weight is bonus.
