The rolling pin is really high quality. I oiled it with mineral oil a few times before using it he first time.The quarter inch guards make rolling sugar cookies so dang easy, it’s impossible to get the wrong thickness. Also, since every piece of dough is exactly the same thickness, the cookies bake very evenly.Highly recommend, even for occasional cookie bakers.

I’ve always used the colored rubber bands to put on the rolling pin for rolling out the perfect 1/4†thick dough. This will make it lots simpler’

Love this rolling pin, it's sturdy and of a great quality for my needs. The pin is way nicer than I had expected as well as accurate size to the 1/4 inch description. The wood cleaned up well after use and nothing stuck to it when used.

Cuts perfect evenly thick cookies every time, but you get alot less cookies per recipe due to the thickness.

I don't even work with dough that often, but this thing saves so much time and leads to such consistent results. I'm glad I bought it over the summer! Got a lot of use over winter with sugar cookies and gingerbread, and I'd like to use it to bake more cookies for people's birthdays. Works like a charm. No need to fuss with my other roller any more.

(See update) I think this rolling pin will be a good idea, so I paid more than the other options on Amazon and it said it was made in the US, so I hoped that meant good quality. I received it today but this looks like a split that has been filled (?) and I am worried about it drying out and cracking 🤔…which for the price I paid-I don’t think should have been sent out. I’m not sure how or who to contact-so hoping this will go to the right place and I will update if it gets resolved.Update: April 9/23I contacted the seller (Ann Clarke) explaining my concern. They quickly got back to me and resolved the problem even past my expectations. A new one was sent to me right away (3rd picture) and I am EXTREMELY happy with it. I make sugar cookies all the time and always TRIED to keep the dough 1/4 inch thick but it never worked out. This rolling pin was fast and easy and the cookies were all uniform thickness and turned out much better. The quality of the wood rolling pin is amazing. I am glad I didn’t go for the cheaper models where you had to add spacers to the rolling pin. I also ordered new cookie cutters from them and they were exactly what I wanted and expected. But the customer service alone will now make them my go-to first stop when I need to order anything. Thanks Ann Clark-happy customer here.

I had other adjustable rolling pins and they would break but this one delivers consistent thickness to my cookies. I absolutely love it. It’s sturdy and easy to clean. I definitely recommend
