I've been without a good masher for a while, this works great. It's thick, not too thick, and durable so you can put a little weight into it for the mashing and don't have to worry about it bending or breaking. You can tap most of the excess potatoes off and rinse off most of the rest. Then I put it in the dishwasher with no issues. Durable, works great, highly recommended. Almost forgot, the handle is a special comfort, non slip handle, as it states. So your hand grips and stays in place, really nice.

Nice size (not too large), nice price, easy to clean, comfortable, sturdy, curved edges make using in pan quite easy. Works ok for refried beans, depending on the size of the bean; pinto ok, black bean not ok. Tines are 10mm apart near center, 11mm at edge.

Sterke en goed in de hand liggende stamper voor mijn aardappels. Snel schoon als je dit meteen onder water spoelt. Voelt duurzaam aan. Aan te bevelen.

I bought this for making crumbles out of cooked ground beef, because the Internet recommended a potato masher for the task. I chose this one because it is non-scratch, and I cook my ground beef in a non-stick electric skillet. It works great for this purpose! When I am all done, I can just put it into the dishwasher. I have many OXO Good Grips items in my kitchen, and they all work well. Thoughtful designs, reliable products. If you are making taco meat in a Teflon-style frypan, then this will help you!

Gostei muito da ergonomia do cabo e da praticidade do material que pode ser usado em panelas anti-aderentes. Uso o modelo para geléias ou purês rusticos e cremosos. Qdo a intenção é um purê mais fino prefiro o outro modelo da OXO (o que parece um espremedor de alho enorme) e depois passo o vegetal pela peneira. Vai bem na lava-louças.

Lo he comprado y estoy muy contento, ya que suelo hacer purés de patata, que no sean tan lÃquidos.Lo compré ya que algunos amigos de otros paÃses, lo suelen utilizar para hacer un desayuno muy bueno. Machacan el plátano verde cocido con este producto, hasta que no quedan tropezones, y lo revuelven como si fueran migas con cebolla pochada y huevos fritos encima. En casa lo utilizamos para hacer potajes y purés.
