Works exactly as it should. ratchet mechanism and clutch system works perfectly to lift and hold my small boat with its truck cradle in the rafters of my garage. when I want it I just lower it straight into the back of the truck. perfect.

I use this for pulling and installing well pumps and it works great. Very safe feeling with the brake system.
