These little fellas or gals are so much fun. I didn't realize that there were batteries already inside and that two extras were include for each fish, super value. They were fun to watch swim and they have changing tail flapping patterns. The blinking light along with the assortment of colors and designs add to the entertainment and being able to track "your" fish.I can imaging for youngsters the way they go when in the water and stop when they are dry is magic. They would be a great lesson starter for a science lesson.I actually purchased them for my cat. She loves water and has had fun batting at them and flipping them out of the bowl. They have worked well and seem to stand up to her play. BTW, I supervise her play just in case due to having small parts and batteries.I know a few older people who hesitate to get any sort of pet and saved two of the fish to send to them. I know they will have fun playing with them and will in turn pass them on to others to brighten up their day.Maybe I'm bias beause I'm a Pisces but these fish are a fun filled bargan. Get 'em!

These could be cool if they worked right. I bought them for my cat to watch and she loved them because they light up, but they barely swam around. They definitely didn't "dive." One didn't even work right out of the package. It would turn on and then immediately turn off. I returned them.

Kids loooove it!4 pack is perfect for my kids and they never fight over it. We set up aquariums and just play in tubs. Swimming so cutely.

I got these fish for my grandkids to play with in the pool. They like how they swim and light up. The kids had so much fun having fishy races in the pool. I like that the fish are different colors so everyone knew which fish was theirs. They could also be used in a bathtub.
