Super excited to receive today. Then I opened the package. The base unit is disgustingly covered in grease, grime, crumbs and food matter.Apparently, this is a used item. Which i didn't expect. However, even if it was refurbished, I'd expect it to be shipped clean and sanitized.WTH??Returning immediately!

We tested all the pagers in the box on arrival because we need them for immediate use at our business. Most of them work within the premise within the specified range. However, a few didn’t seem to respond well or not responding at all. The set actually has a slim and modern design, also a sturdy look, but quality seems to be lacking.
