My daughter is a cat lover and was very happy to create her own lamp. She loved that this was a different kind of art craft. The light is not bright enough to light up a room but good bedtime. Paint that was included was good for this project since it can't be too thick if you want the light to radiate. I'd buy again

It is a very small light, and still creative and fun for kids to do. Kids like painting, and great for them to decorate their own light. The paint looks kind of ... no so nice.. after it is lighted up. Probably good idea to suggest kids to apply multi-layer of the paint to make it look better. Also, good for gift ideas.

Loved it had batteries, paint trays, paint and brushes and jewels. Darling gift for boys and girls and night light inside is great. They are small enough for small hands to paint but large enough for a pretty light afterwards

Just wanted to let you guys know that this makes a really good gift. But the size of the lamp, please check it because I was surprised it was a little small when it arrived. My kids decorated it though and they really liked it. It required a little bit of help on my part just because it’s hard to paint The dinosaur and make it look really good.
