I love these dumbbells! High quality and look great. The ball bearings rotate smoothly. Lower profile weight clamps would be preferred.

These are great if you already have weight plates. A lot cheaper than buying heavier dumbbells, only downside is if you want them decently heavy you have to load up smaller plates, with bigger plates (35s and 45s) they are essentially worthless for most workouts. Built well and hasn’t rusted yet.

Was hesitant on getting those so first got regular dumbbells but needed more weights so decided to give it a try - love them more than I expected.1. Comfort of holding them is great, I got some weight plates (small diameter) and they are perfect and don’t get on the way. I use them as-is for my back exercises but got silicon grip handles (separately) and they provide amazing support for bicep workouts.2. Ease of putting weights on and off - quick and easy. I do not like the weight clippers that they came with - they stick out too much (but kind of good if you use them since they’ll stop your dumbbell from rolling away) so I use other clamps I’ve already had.3. Length - is perfect, makes it convenient and not overwhelmingly huge dumbbell, this length actually feels natural.So yeah, I’m not buying those single weight dumbbells anymore for sure, should’ve gotten these instead.

Much better than all the other easy adjustable dumbbells. The machine dumbbells break too quickly. Each dumbbell weighs about 8.2 lbs with the clips.
