These weights are very helpful for additional exercise and can be used as wrist or ankle weights. They are mostly worth the price but also have a few shortcomings.They come in a nice transparent plastic case with a handle. It’s also nice to have different weight options. The thumb-loop is one of the best parts of these weights so they don’t have to be extra tight to not slide over the forearm.The velcro is powerful but a little longer than it should be so the t-shirt/track gets stuck in it. This could have been avoided if the end was more rounded than pointed.They are rounded so they appear bulky and difficult to hide under the jacket sleeve. I would have liked them more if they were slimmer.The material is smooth and comfortable, but it gets sweaty on the forearms after a long wear so it’s advisable to get them off every hour or two.Overall, I feel pretty comfortable wearing these weights to have some extra workouts daily.

I bought these to use during my cardio walking workouts. They were uncomfortable and slid up and down my wrists. I returned the item and got weighted gloves instead.

I love the hand weights as it challenges me to do more. Once you’re use the o it, you won’t even notice the extra weight. I use themWhen I’m out doing simple errands.

For me, these are much better than stopping to pick up/lay down regular weights. I have mobility issues so any attempt at exercise is a big thing to begin with. I also use them as wrist braces when my Arthritis flares. Velcro holds well. I don't really like these colors but it was the only option available at the time. I have larger wrists and a wide or xl option would be great, but I didn't see an option when I ordered.
