This pallet puller works good except on hardwood pallets. It slips off then. Had to have someone hold it on till it took hold. If the teeth were sharper it would grab ahold no problem.

Grabbed this to pull brush and small stumps - It's insanely over built for the stated ratingThe teeth are sharp enough to grab easily - don't get your hand in there since just the weight of this thing is enough to close the jaws with a good amount of force.Bargain at the price

Purchased to grip and pull out small nuisance trees that grow in yearly. The trees are roughly 2-3 inches in diameter and this hook is better suited for something 10 inches or larger. It would work well for some wanting to drag around medium sized logs or trees.

I was shocked at how heavy duty it felt when I unpacked it. I wasn't expecting something this heavy/solid. Used it to drag some logs - mainly to test it out. However, this will totally get some use bucking logs from deeper into the woods. The way it uses the weight of the log to strengthen it's grip makes it very secure. Keep a mallet with you when using it to free it effortlessly.
